No. You can cancel anytime. There is no minimum or long-term contract. We earn your business month after month through results, not fine print.
Most businesses choose our Growth plan at $175/month. It includes up to 5 custom pages, hosting, unlimited edits, local SEO, blog setup, and a full redesign every 2 years. We also offer a larger plan for businesses that need more pages, and a review generation plan for businesses that already have a website. You can compare all of them on our Pricing Page.
No setup fees. You pay your monthly subscription and we get started right away. This includes design, development, content writing, and launch support.
Yes, you can move between plans at any time as your business needs change. Just let us know and we'll adjust your plan and billing accordingly.
We offer a 7-day grace period on all payments. After that, a $25 late fee is applied. If we don't hear from you within 14 days, your site may be temporarily suspended until the balance is paid. As long as you communicate with us, we'll be more than happy to work out a solution that doesn't involve any late fees.
Since we begin work immediately and include support services, we don't offer refunds. However, you're free to cancel at any time and won't be charged for the following month.
Yes. Even though the website is hosted and maintained by us, you retain full ownership. If you decide to cancel, you'll receive a copy of the site so you can host it elsewhere.
If you cancel your subscription, we'll provide a ZIP file of your full site and instructions on how to migrate it to a new host. Your domain will also be transferred if it was registered through us.
No. We give you up to 7 days after cancellation to migrate your site or make other arrangements. You won't be cut off without warning.
Absolutely. Once the site is built, it's yours. You can use the design, code, and content wherever and however you like.
Yes. Your domain is always yours, even if we purchased it on your behalf. If you cancel, we'll transfer it to your personal registrar account.
Edits can be requested by text, phone, or email. There's no portal, no tickets, and no waiting on hold. You speak directly with Liam, and changes are usually made within 24-48 hours. We try to keep communication as simple as possible so you can get the website updated without any headaches.
No hard limits. We ask that requests be reasonable (not a full redesign every week), but you can update images, text, services, pricing, hours, and more as often as needed. If you need more pages than your plan includes, we'll move you to a plan that fits. You can compare plans on our Pricing Page.
All website plans include a 24-48 hour turnaround on edits. More involved edits may take longer depending on their complexity.
Yes. If you have seasonal changes, recurring content, or regular announcements, we can schedule recurring updates on your behalf.
